Trichocereus Pachanoi "Kimnach" (Kim-Nak)
Collected in Cajamarca Peru by Myron Kimnach back in May of 1984. There is now a mother plant residing at the Huntington Botanical Garden
Some fungal spots, seems like one of the issues with this clone in general.
