1. Soozy - 10.5” 1.8lbs Soozy is a pachanoi brought to the community by Keith Lassen in 2018. It gets nice and spineless with old fat growth. I can’t find the original thread of when it was discovered (looks to be deleted) but I distinctly remember people mistakenly ID'ing it as scop.
2. BK08611.4 Cl A -5” .35lbs This one gets VERY notchy. heres the Sacred Succulents write up Echinopsis pachanoi BK08611.4 “San Pedro”. The mother plant had green stems with very distinct notches above each areole. 1 longer central spine up to 1/2–3/4”. An unusual specimen. Jardin Botanico, Parque de las Leyendas, Lima, Peru. The seedlings showed unique variability. Z9a Clone A; has distinct notches above each areole Clone B; smooth stems with unusually angled ribs
3. W01 & Clone 1 - 6” & 6.5” .8lbs~ W01 was my first attempt at growing from seed. It is originally LFM x Clone 1 seed from Aplantis in Spain, purchased in 2018. Clone 1 AKA MT01 was found on the side of the road in Cajabamba, Peru by SAB member "Slice" in 2013.
4. Jiimz Big Mac Huanu - (Cutting #1) 10” 1.4lbs This is the 1st of 2 cuttings I have of this one. It came to me labeled as “Jiimz Big Mac Huanu from Darren” I know Darren at Succulent Source has a clone with a similar name that is also known as “P7 Huanu” BUT I’ve always struggled to see...
5. Jiimz Big Mac Huanu - (Cutting #2) 9.5” 1.3lb This is the 1st of 2 cuttings I have of this one. It came to me labeled as “Jiimz Big Mac Huanu from Darren I know Darren at Succulent Source has a clone with a similar name that is also known as “P7 Huanu” BUT I’ve always struggled to see the resemblance between this clone and P7. So they might be different.. could also just be my environment.
6. Matucana Julio - 9.5” 1.5lbs this clone is a bit of a shapeshifter when grafted. Currently as you can see it’s got long spines and doesn’t look very pach but in my experience it will lose those spines with new growth on its own roots. I originally got this clone from the former scopulicolaDOTnets eBay account in 2017. This is the description they gave “This is a true wild pach clone actually from matucana gifted to SH of Atascadero, CA by a San Pedro Maestro named Julio. The genetic was successfully brought into the US and is probably the best matucana strain I have ever acquired. This strain was actually used in a ceremony in matucana. This strain easily blows away anything available hands down
7. TPM x SS02 (Cutting #1) - 11” 1.2lbs this is the 1st of 2 cuttings I have of this clone. A great cross. It’s like a funky bridgesii but has the hardy skin of a pachanoi.
8. NOID - 7.5” 1.4lbs Pach? Huanucoensis? Hybrid? Lost the tag on this. Can’t tell you much other than it’s nice and fat. The AI detection on Shopify put this in the “Squashes and Gourds” category if that tells you anything
9. Sheridan x Wairoa - 10.5” 1.1lbs One of Ross’s crosses. I’ve yet to see a pachanoi from New Zealand I didn’t like
10. Robert (Cutting #1) - 8.5” 1.9lbs Robert aka LostTag 02. I held off of cutting this one as long as I could because I was waiting for flowers but I got impatient. The little speckles throughout are from a horrific hailstorm from earlier this year. This clone has it all, deep blue glaucous, areole skips, rib drops, branches, notches.. it’s been called ugly, beautiful and there was even a guy that swore it was a Myrtillocactus.
11. TPM x SS02 (Cutting #2) - 12” 1.5lbs A great cross. It’s like a funky bridgesii but has the hardy skin of a pachanoi
12. Len OP (Cutting #1) -8.5” 1.3lbs this is cutting #1 of 2. Len OP an extrmeley glaucous pach-oid. It sort of looks like extremely blue PC. Seed by misplant? Don’t quote me on that.. Len is a peruvianus from Australia
13. Robert (Cutting #2) - 9” 2lbs -this is cutting #2 of 4. Robert aka LostTag 02. I held off of cutting this one as long as I could because I was waiting for flowers but I got impatient. The little speckles throughout are from a horrific hail storm from earlier this year. This clone has it all, deep blue glaucous, areole skips, rib drops, branches, notches.. it’s been called ugly, beautiful and there was even a guy that swore it was a Myrtillocactus.
14. Robert (Cutting #3) - 16” 5lbs this is cutting #3 of 4 . Robert aka LostTag 02. I held off of cutting this one as long as I could because I was waiting for flowers but I got impatient. 16. MSS Huancabamba (Cutting #1) - 9” .9lbs this is cutting #1 of 2 This is sort of an Infamous Clone from the ancient times of tricho collecting. This unique clone comes from SAB member M S Smith, who was once celebrated as a “cactus god.” In 2015, he left the community abruptly with a mysterious farewell. Later, a news story surfaced revealing he was arrested for being a pedo. Its got some spots near the bottom from a horrific hail storm from earlier this year
17. MSS Huancabamba (Cutting #2) - 8” .9lbs this is cutting #2 of 2 This is sort of an Infamous Clone from the ancient times of tricho collecting. This unique clone comes from SAB member M S Smith, who was once celebrated as a “cactus god.” In 2015, he left the community abruptly with a mysterious farewell. 18. BK14518.4 - 10” 1.3lbs Light green/yellow spots are from a horrific hail storm from earlier this year, hard water spots throughout. Purchased in 2017 as a small seedling from SS Here is the Sacred Succulents description for the source seed batch:
Trichocereus pachanoi BK14518.4 "San Pedro" "Huachuma" The mother was a beautiful clone with fat, blue-green stems, deep v-notches above each areole and 1/2"+ long spines. Open pollinated, about 5% of the seedlings show monstrose traits so far. From Pino's Trichocereus collection, Parque de las Leyendas, Lima, Peru.
19. Clyde - 11.5” 1.6lbs light green/yellow spots are from a horrific hail storm from earlier this year. I don’t have a ton of info on this clone. I got it in a trade from a collector in San Diego. It likely is named after the owner from which it came from originally. It reminds me of the various “Juuls” that are out there. This obviously is not the same as Misplants peruvianus. A very nice pach whatver the provenance is.
20. TPM quad pup - 12” 3.4lbs. A big chunk of Trichocereus Pachanoi Monstrose aka TPM. This would make a cool little graft tree or a good start to a mother plant
21. Robert (Cutting #4) - 8.5” 1.8lbs this is cutting #4 of 4. Robert aka LostTag 02. I held off of cutting this one as long as I could because I was waiting for flowers but I got impatient. The green/yellow spots are from a horrific hail storm from earlier this year. This clone has it all, deep blue glaucous, areole skips, rib drops, branches, notches.. it’s been called ugly, beautiful and there was even a guy that swore it was a Myrtillocactus.
22. Jim’s Special - 10.5” 1.5lbs. Jims Special, aka J16, a seldom seen clone in the US that was sourced from Cactus Country in Victoria, Australia. It gets extremely blue and is a very nice pach for sure

24. Stephanie (Cutting #2) - 9” 1.7 lbs this is cutting #2 of 2. The green/yellow spots throughout are from a horrific hailstorm from earlier this year. Stephanie is a Pachanoi from San Diego, it gets very fat. I was able to cross this one with ScopxZelly3 last season but it decided not to flower this year so it got the 🔪
25. Collahuasi - 10.5” 2.2 lbs. This is a clone from Huan Shuma aka Chavin Herbalists in Peru. As you can see it gets very blue
26. Sam - 10.5” 2.2 lbs. This is a pachanoi from Ross in New Zealand. I (and a few others) teamed up to import this and 2 other NZ pachanoi clones back in 2020.
27. KK242 (clone) - 9.5” 1.2lbs. This is the clone not one of the many seed grown kk242 cuzcoids. I got this in a trade some years back from a guy (JB from Canada) who personally got this in 2005 from KK in Peru.
28. JS350B - 9.5” 1.1lbs. Originally got this from Cactus Affinity.
JS350a & JS350b come from some plants grown by “ED” in Sacramento. JS350a tends to have more pups, thinner columns, more spines, but shorter spines overall. JS350b tends to have fewer pups, thicker columns, fewer spines with long centrals.
29. Juuls x Huarazensis_02 - 10.5” 1.7lbs. Purchased as a seedling pack from Misplant in 2017. Labeled as "_02" to signify that this was the 2nd seedling in the pack I had propagated.
30. Lincoln OP vari seedling - 7” .2lbs Grown from New Zealand seed created by GB. Very nice vari pattern on one side and more normal on the other. Will be sent bare root
